Dear Friends:

I am inviting you to Awakening Your Light Body. This is an intensive, deeply transformational course that I am offering by Zoom, starting Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

We will be meeting on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. –  11:30 am Pacific time  /1 pm – 2:30 pm Eastern time. There is also home study with cds/mp3s. The complete schedule is on the following pages. It will start as soon as you register.

Awakening Your Light Body offers the keys to perceiving and mastering the subtle realms of light and energy. It starts by giving you conscious awareness and connection to your seven vibrational energy centers, and three light body centers, which are in a more subtle domain than the auric field. These centers modulate the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your life. As we progress, you will see shifts in each of your centers, your consciousness and your life. You will gain a deep understanding of how your energy and consciousness interacts with the world.

You will learn how to transform denser energies and transmit harmony to other people, projects and situations. You can use these energies to bring anything and everything in your life to a higher order and to perceive anything and everything as energy.

We will be exploring the nature of healing and extra-sensory perception. I will be working with each person’s energy during the class. You will open to a new level of ease, flow and grace.

This is a powerful course if you want to heal yourself and/or heal others; or if you simply want to expand your consciousness and your ability to change the energy of your life..

There is a set of CDs/mp3s that will support you during and after the Zoom course. *Awakening Your Light Body is a very focused, step-by-step way to develop one’s consciousness and connection to one’s energy body. It is non-sectarian, meaning it is not aligned with any specific spiritual tradition. The course was developed by LuminEssence founders Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman, with the assistance of spiritual guidance.

The Light Body is part of who you are. You do not need any specific energy skills to enroll, just an open heart and mind, and a desire for personal evolution.
